Everything we offer is practical, non-medical support around the home and garden — the kind of help a good neighbour would give if they had the time, the tools and the training.
What that means
No waiting list, no assessment, no fuss.
We deliberately don’t provide personal or medical care — washing, dressing or medication. That boundary is why getting started is simple: you book, we come.
Garden & Outdoor
From £36/hour
Mowing, hedges and seasonal tidy-ups. A garden that’s got away from you doesn’t need a lecture, it needs an afternoon.

Cleared from the ground with a gutter vacuum — no ladders against your house, never onto a roof. Minimum two hours, and the debris goes in your own bins at no extra cost.

A monthly credit worth more than you pay for it, usable across any service, plus a further saving on anything beyond it. Priority booking with your regular helper, and no minimum term.
See tiers →Every rate above is the price per hour for one helper, and there is no VAT to add. You are told the total for your time before you pay. The only things added afterwards are extra time you agree to on the day and, where a job involves driving or taking waste away, job miles at 55p a mile (HMRC’s approved rate) and the waste site’s fee for your load at cost. How those are worked out.
Not sure which one you need?
Book an hour or two of whichever is closest and say what’s going on in the notes. Your helper will sort out the rest when they get there — and if it turns out to be a job for somebody else entirely, we’ll tell you that instead.
